Are There Any Natural Alternatives To Sunscreen?

i have melasma and doctor ask me to finish 1 sunscreen 1 a week or 10 days.  Sunscreen are very expensive and I can’t afford to finish that fast. Do you know any alternative to sunscreen that can help? thank you.

    Avoid direct sunlight
    Wear protective clothes
    Always carry umbrella with you

    Besides those, Aloevera, Zinc oxide and some natural oil tends to have some sun protective factors. Natural oils like coconut oil, Raspberry oil, Carrot oil, olive oil, Wheat Germ oil and jojoba oil can help protect the skin from UV damage.

    Although they provide some limited SPF, they do not offer the same broad-spectrum protection as commercial sunscreens. For better skin safety, it is recommended to use a mineral-based sunscreen with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.

    A combination of shade, protective clothing, and mineral sunscreens will offer the best protection for your skin.
