have had psoriasis on both of my hands

I am from Nepal, and I am currently living in Kathmandu. I am 41 years old. I have had psoriasis on both of my hands for the past 16 months.
Initially, I consulted a doctor at the hospital and used the prescribed medications, including steroid creams, Vaseline, and some moisturizers. However, when these treatments did not work, I started taking homeopathic medicine under the guidance of a homeopathic doctor. Unfortunately, despite all these efforts, my condition has not improved.
I would be grateful if you could guide me regarding an effective treatment method for my psoriasis.
