    Hi there! I've got a question: I'm a chain smoker and I'm afraid I'll start gaining weight after giving up on smoking. Will gradual, slow quitting help? I'm currently looking at vapes on and thinking about switching to vaping... You know, less stress for my body. What can you advise?
