What's causing the shiny pink glans penis, when I pull back the foreskin

Hello,

I really need help.

I believe this may be eczema or dermatitis?

My foreskin is usually covering the glans penis. However, when I pulled it back, the skin appears bright pink, and not the same colour as pictures of other people's glans penis.

The head of my penis (when I pull back the foreskin) is very bright pink and shiny. How should I treat this, and should I used eczema creams? Or is this possibly candida?

The band at the edge of the glans is more red? Is this eczema? What cream should I use to treat it?
