    According to me, take proper diet with plenty of water will be the best solution for all types of skin.

    Dear, apply pure aloe vera gel on your face twice daily for 20 minutes and then wash off your face. Aloe vera is used from thousand of years because of its healing properties. Also, drink plenty of water in a day. Dehydration makes our skin dry which causes acne. Also eat more fruits and green vegetables.

    I was suffering from a severe form of Acne Vulgaris since 6 - 7 years. I have started using since the past 2 months. I am seeing some improvement in my condition. The severity of the lesions is much less now. The serum has really helped me a lot. I recommend the use of Skinue products to all patients suffering from Acne Vulgaris.

    I agree with you @Vukas, diet plays an important role in our body. If we eat improper diet it will definitely effect our body in bad way.

    Use a cleanser, then exfoliant, then a moisturizer in the morning. At night use a most gentle cleanser and a moisturizer.

    Use sunscreen
    Wear protective clothing
    Smoking effects bad on the skin don't smoke
    use good quality of products only

    Hello guys I have suffered from Acne all my life. Was hoping to grow out of it but after lots of research and testing I took matters in my own hand. Below is what I do to stay clear:

    No dairy or sugar. I sweeten things with honey, fructose, xylitol or maple syrup.
    Eat lots of wholegrain, seeds & nuts, pulses, vegetables, lean protein
    Drink green tea and plenty of water. I have a coffee in the morning to get me going.
    Cleanse every night with a muslin cloth and water (any gentle cleanser would be fine, keep it simple) and follow up with pure chimp super one.
    Exercise at least 3 times a week

    Taking proper sleep, a lot of water and regular exercise will definitely help you to get rid of acne.

    Hello everybody! There are many good recommendations here! One more advice from me on the diet: eat foods rich in in omega-3 fatty acids (oily fish - salmon, herring, anchovies and hemp oil).
