Default Rash on one side of face

    Hi all,

I have this rash (actually not really sure what it is anymore) on one side of my face for over a year. It doesn't bother me and I don't notice it spreading anymore. I've been to many, many dermatologists and they all don't seem to know what the cause is or how to treat it so I'm usually prescribed steroids and in one case antibiotics. Rarely does it flare up but I've attached a picture when it does. Otherwise there’s almost like a permanent rash going down my face. Does this look like a blood vessel popped or something else?
