Default Sever skin rash on a 4 year old

My 4 year old has a skin condition that leaves him a bloody mess every day. We have taken him to the allergist, dermatologist and local pediatrician. He has a lot of allergies that we are careful to keep him away from all these. No one can figure out what the problem is or how to fix him. So we are reaching out to find the much deserved help our little angel deserves. His face is so bad we almost don't recognize him. He has it all over his body but, the face is the worst. Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed.I have pictures but, I'm unable to attach them.
