Do not take a lot of stress -this is unrealistic
Here is my bucket list:
Drink plenty of water
Eat citrus fruits
Avoid junk foods
Eat healthy salads
Go low on makeup
Wash face twice
Be gentle to your skin, do not rub harshly after cleaning the face
Use products that suit your skin type
Cover your face when you go out.
Use a sunscreen
Cleanse your face with Rosewater or any cleansing lotion every night
Keep your skin moisturised.
Sleep well
Do not take a lot of stress
Stress is always bad for human and for the face as well.
