Yes you should use a moisturizer particularly in Winter.

Please note that women's skin is more sensitive than man skin and need to be more taking care of.

There is a lot of women living a long time in harsh dry desert that are affected with premature wrinkles, that's because they neglect to moiturize their skin.

It is very important to take care of your skin all the time, particularly in Winter and Summer.

I would say yes, if your skin feels dry you should use a moisturizer.

Try using a light moisturizer. There are lighter ones for day use so that you can even use it under your makeup. Not using moisturized in winter time will make your skin break out or very very dry. If you find yourself with oily skin in the afternoon then bring along oil blotting sheets.

you should use a gel based moisturizer in the summer and a lotion based moisturizer in the winter, I would recommend you the clinique dramatically different moisturizer in gel and lotion. ( my skin is also dry in the winter and oily in the summer!)

You should use moisturiser all year 'round. you just need to switch every couple of seasons. there's a moisturiser for everybody and every type.

A common misconception is that people will oily skin should not moisturize because it just creates more oil. This is false, oily skin needs to be kept hydrated but less than dry skin does. For oily skin you want to use foundations, concealers and bb creams that still contain a bit of hydration in them. Products that use all natural ingredients will keep your skin hydrated without adding too much extra oil. Browse around **** store.com for some more great products. Hope this helps.
