    Stretching in the morning is a great way to tone up your muscles and get them ready for the day. Stretching loosens up your body and while enhancing the flow of blood to your muscles.

    A person have to do exercise definitely in the morning or in the evening.Do exercise,going gym or doing yoga is a good habit of man.He or she must do at least one activity out of three that keeps body feet and removes lots of diseases.A person have to go at least go gym five days a week.A person need a workout time also.This make person cool,free from disease,free from tension etc.

    Yes stretching is definitely a good exercise especially in the morning. I n addition to this you can also do some walking or jogging in the morning to make you perspire a lot and get rid of those excessive fats.

    Yeah stretching is ok during morning. If you have time you can also jog or go biking...

    walk is a good exercise in morning time. you are going to walk daily 30 minutes. Walking is the one that improve your health...

    I do Jumping Jacks / Pushups in the morning for 15 minutes.

    Exercising early morning is great for health as pollution in the air around is low and we will receive a cleaner source of oxygen in the morning then in the evening. Early morning exercise is great for joints and results better sleep.

    Doing exercises in the morning helps a lot to maintain your weight and keep you stay fit for full day. Cycling is good to boost your cardiovascular fitness .
