    Hi there, thanks for sharing and this really works. Foods like salmon, turkey, eggs and peanut butter is really effective. I have also heard about different weight reducing drinking and tea. My friend is following a slimming guide from the internet and he loses his 5 pound weight. I think a good diet and daily exercise can help you lose your weight.
