Default Despite a very healthy lifestyle I suffer adult acne and have a dull skin

Hi all, I would like to check whether anyone has experienced something similar. I am 30, living a healthy life style, however for the past 2 years I have been suffering from adult acne (I had not suffered from acne during my teenage years) - there are small hard bumps all over my face (so called comedone) which are very hard to squeeze but are not filled with puss (it's more of a hard ball). After squeezing, as they are so hard to get out, I also have few acne scarves. My skin also doesn't look very glowing, but rather dull and make up does not 'sit' on it well (even make up primer doesn't help at all). My skin is the worst a week after my period. 'Healthy lifestyle' in my practise means (this is not in any way meant as a show off, just wanted to list the details as someone might spot some errors in my lifestyle):

-cutting off gluten, diary and refined sugars
    - drinking at least 2l filtered water, only drinking herbal teas (including about 6 x cups of green tea)
    - starting my day with a glass of warm lemon water (freshly squeezed lemon juice)
    - 5 x days a week I also drink spinach smoothie (with ripe banana and pear) before breakfast
    - followed by natural probiotics enriched with lavender oil to correct hormonal balance
    - porridge (from gluten free oats), hot water, cashew nut butter, mixed nuts and fruit OR eggs/baked beans/avocado
    - for lunch I eat either fish, gluten free past with basil, tuna with rice, oat cakes, etc.
    - dinner is also healthy - normally no potatoes (I swap them for sweet potatoes)
    - I don't smoke or drink alcohol and I occasionally exercise
    - I also take natural supplements (vitamins)
    - I only use natural cosmetics - washing my face with raw honey and fibre cloth (to remove make up) + argon oil for night + natural moisturiser for the day + chemical fee light make up + for quicker spots healing I use tee tree oil. The only way to get a 'boost' of radiance is doing an aspirin mask 2 x week (crushing 6 x pills with water and leaving on the skin for 20min).

Can someone have ay suggestions on where I am going wrong? Or what can I improve? Thank you very much! Your help is much appreciated!

For acne, i would recommend Dr.alvin Rejuvenating set. Thats what I use for mine, my skin is really clear, lighter and no pimple marks or scars left
