Default Feet sole burn unbearably in summer

Ok, I feel that my palms and feet sole burn unbearably in summer. I wash with cool water but no change. Even I soak them in tepid water with crushed leaves of mint to get relaxation, but no result. Is there any remedy?

Make a paste of sandalwood powder and water. Apply this to the affected area and let it dry. Increase your intake of fruits and salads will help you feel light and cool.

Try using natural shea butter to moisterize your hands and the soles of your feet. They may be overly dry making them burn and feel that way. Yes only use cotton socks to allow your feet to breathe and go barefoot as much as you can. Emu oil is very soothing for burning skin as well. It really helps a lot of skin conditions.
