Default White colorless bumps on forehead

Can anyone help? Over the last 6 months I've had white colorless bumps on my forehead that only turn red if I irritate them by trying to pop them. I've always had relatively good skin and I don't know how to get rid of it.

If anyone has any remedies... Preferably something that works quickly. Please help!!

I think you should try consulting a doctor first for you to know what that bump really is.
