maybe can try Oxy10 ...quite good and it dry up the pimple fast
Drink more water and eat more fruits!

Plus, must go facial once a month to do a deep cleansing.

    Hi,
I believe in a daily skin care routine along with a balanced and healthy diet. You should drink a lot of water and should take more fruits and vegetables. You can also apply a good quality moisturizer and sunscreen. Always consider the ingredients used in the product before purchasing it, go for natural products as it won't harm your skin. I hope it works for you.

I am a 35-old gal of Indian origin, brown skinned. I have oily/combination acne prone skin. I was doing ok till I had my first baby and then now after 5 years, my skin started breaking out as hell. Below is my skin care routine:

    Morning:
Paula’s Choice skin balancing Resist toner
    Paula’s choice 2% BHA exfoliator
    Serumtologie Vit C serum
    Paula’s Choice sunscreen spf 30

    Night
Dr Dennis Gross daily Alpha-Beta peel
    Insta Natural Retinol serum
    Paula’s Choice hydrating light moisturizer

When things break-out bad, I use Dr. Dennis Gross acne clearing treatment pads and sometimes 10% Benzyl Peroxide gel. I also use weekly, Ren Radiance peel.

    My issue is this -

While I am able to get rid of the acne in or 1 or 2 days, they leave brown spots. I just don’t seem to be able to get rid of these spots
My skin is dull and lacks brightness. The brightening serums I use obviously don’t seem to be working

Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated!!!

Not sure how serious it is....
Below are some simple steps you might want follow

    1. Drink more water (add some lemon slices in the water)
    2. Avoid fried food (drink hot tea after every meal)
    3. Wash your face 2 - 3 times a day (do not use your hands to touch your face)
    4. Try OXY10 - Acne cream...quite effective
    5. Go for facial to do deep cleansing

If it is serious, you might want to go to clinic to have it treated.
In Singapore, I will go Radium Medical Aesthetics
Not sure if you have similar services in your country? You might want to read up the treatment so you can find one similar in your country

Acne is the most common skin problem. wash your face twice a day. Use natural products. Avoid chemicals. use aloe vera gel. Consult with a dermatologist. Dr Vikas Gupt is one of the best dermatologists at Profile Cosmetic Surgery centre.
