Painful, rashy, stinging face

Hey everyone! I am so happy I found this site! I've been dealing with extremely sensitive skin forever but it seems to be getting really bad in my face lately.. It's mainly when I sweat, I get patchy red skins which stings like crazy. It looks really bad and it makes it hard to be comfortable while working out. as well as causing me constant issue in my daily life. If I cry, it makes my eyelids really flare up, its like salt in my skins worst enemy :/ I have just turned 3O and have been over weight my whole life which I know doesn't help my skin. I am currently cleaning up my diet but I just want to know what is... could it be eczema or rosacea? I have suffered with eczema in my younger age but only really in the joints of my arms, not on my face...

I used to always get red cheeks. I still get it from time to time but my new regime has helped to make these occasions rare.

Drink green tea
Use PureChimp Super Cleanser
I also kept a diary to see what triggered my skin redness & then tried to avoid these things. (I know its a pain but once you have done it you may find a way to reduce redness in your skin for the rest of your life).
Sugar way a big trigger for me personally.
