    1.Fish - can take in large amount of protein
    2.Broccoli - contains anti-oxidants, Vitamin C and Carotene
    3.Winter Melon - Rich in Vitamin C, good effect on skin’s collagen and elastic fibers. Eating it often can resistance to early wrinkles
    4.Onion - Lower cholesterol levels and anti-aging
    5.Tofu - a good source of protein.
    6.Cabbage - contains rich Vitamin C and fiber, help to promote gastroniestinal peristalsis.
    7.Apple - contains cellulose, Vitamin C and sugar, can prevent herpes and keep skin luster
    8.Carrot - Contains Vitamin A, brings luster hair and smooth skin
    9.Spinach - advantages include no anemia, good constitution and skin and protect eyesight. Also, the folic acid of spinach is very important for pregnancy

    1) Stay away/out of the sun, trust me. When you're 40, you'll notice.
    - And it's very unhealthy these days. Stop using the sun now, and use good sunblock when you're out.

    2) Drink more water - Less alcohol. Alcohol dries up your skin in a few years..

    3) Begin a good skin regimen. Somebody told me once when I was 25 I didn't need moisturizer. Forget that. Depending on your skin type - Normal, oily, T-Zone only, Dry, etc. - look for the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer that's right for you. And deep clean once a week, followed with a healthy mask or moisturizer.

    Eat lots of colored vegetables. Green, Red, yellow, etc. These are the most effective ones in building Collagen, which we lose over the years.

    The supplement C0Q10 is a good one to take, especially if your diet's not the best. It not only keeps your heart healthy, but taken at a normal dose, retains the collagen in our faces well. Vitamins are important! Vitamin E also

    Sugar
    Coffee
    Sea Food
    Fried Food
    Alcohol

    These should be strictly avoided if you want to look young always.

    Here are Some of the Best Anti-aging foods. All these foods are full of antioxidants and other anti-aging ingredients.
    1. All kinds of Berries (blueberries, raspberries, cranberries, strawberries) etc..
    2. Dark Chocolate
    3. Fish, Fish oil
    4. Beans especially soy and kidney beans
    5. Nuts of All Kinds
    6. Fruits and Vegetables especially leafy greens(spinach, kale).
    7. Avocado is an excellent anti-aging fruit
    8. Garlic
    9. Whole grains (oats, brown wheat and rice).

    Foods that keep your skin great as oranges keep your skin hydrated and supple. Grape is another fruit which fights with the effects of UV rays and sun damage.

    I really like the idea to go for the various natural remedies for any kind of skin ailments over the chemically filled cosmetics. If a little change in you diet can exhibit you an acne free skin then you can not ask for more.

    Best thing for good skin is to stay hydrated , for this make use of as much intake of water and juices. Make sure you include sufficient fruits and vegetables in your diet, avoid alcohol, smoke and oily food , junk food. Don't starve have meals in short intervals.
