1) Stay away/out of the sun, trust me. When you're 40, you'll notice.
- And it's very unhealthy these days. Stop using the sun now, and use good sunblock when you're out.
2) Drink more water - Less alcohol. Alcohol dries up your skin in a few years..
3) Begin a good skin regimen. Somebody told me once when I was 25 I didn't need moisturizer. Forget that. Depending on your skin type - Normal, oily, T-Zone only, Dry, etc. - look for the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer that's right for you. And deep clean once a week, followed with a healthy mask or moisturizer.
Eat lots of colored vegetables. Green, Red, yellow, etc. These are the most effective ones in building Collagen, which we lose over the years.
