    filing direction should be from sides towards center
    buff your nails and smooth ridges in your nails and make them shiny as well
    you can even have a checkup and ask doctor about the presence of fungus or infection.

    Apply moisturizer whenever you wash your hands.
    especially at night when you are going to sleep you should apply a hand cream on them.
    and with this you should try Biotin from nutritionforest

    Yes, Nail Polish is a best option to protect nails from breaking and decay. It also reduces moisture loss. But you have to apply the best quality polish on nails rather than buying it from a less famous brand.
