    Default Advice needed for oily skin

    Hello friends,
    I have very oily skin. I am losing self confidence because of this. I am tured of trying various products for this, but all have gone in vain. If anyone knows the best and sure cure for this.

    Use a gentle, water-soluble cleanser twice daily
    Use oil-absorbing products
    Don’t scrub your face
    Look for oil-free moisturizers

    Scrub the tomato on your face twice in a day. Its very helpful.

    My way to keep face skin dry is healthy eating and pure chimp super face combo. Sure enough sleep is a good factor to have clear and healthy skin with no issues

    For oily skin the best remedy is to cut down carbohydrates from your diet and eliminate the refined sugar, increase the proportion of protein and good fats. That would be enough to get a normal skin. Hope this would help you.

    Tomato pulp is he best option for oily skin. It will close you open pores of skin which produce excess oil.

    What is your current regimen? It could be that you are stripping away too many oils that your body is trying to make up for it. A healthy diet and plenty of water will help. Also remember to clean your face, remove all makeup, use a gentle wash every day and exfoliate a few times a week. Moisturize after every wash with something simple.

    Tips for oily Skin:
    1. Wash your face twice a day.
    2. Use Cleanser
    3. Don’t scrub your face as this can stimulate oil production.
    4. Drink 8-10 glass of water daily.
    5. Consult a skin doctor for better care.

    The first step in caring for oily skin is to take a critical look at your current skin-care routine. Using products with drying or irritating ingredients may seem like a good idea because they make your skin feel less oily, at least initially, but in the long run using such ingredients is a bad idea.
