Well it does help to exfoliate the skin and open up the milia, but it doesn't cure pre-existing milia but prevent formation of new milia. If you want the permanent cure surgical incision is the better option.
Does using Retinol and AHA helps cure Milia.Anyone know anything about it?

o.k thanks, how much does it cost for surgical removal in india do you know?
one of my friend had it done for 7,000 rupees ,not sure how much milia needs to be removed.i guess they charge according to surface area to be treated.
All the reasearch I have read states that milia eventually go away once the top layers of skin are shed away (milia are basically deposits caught in the layers of skin- not pimples or whiteheads) so I would think anythign that promotes exfoliation would help reduce the milia.
