Pearly Penile Papules

Hello, new around here! Um, I'm a 18 years old (Male). Never had sex at all, I have tiny skin color bumps under the head of my penis. I'm trying to see what are these bumps? I heard it could be PPP (Pearly Penile Papules). But I just want to make sure!

Welcome to the forum kywaun, without pics we cannot confirm if its PPP or any other disease.... But PPP are the most common harmless bumps around the lower ring of glans penis..if you have them just on the coronal ring of the glans penis it could be PPP, but pics would confirm.
