    Default Skin Rashes

Hi there, sorry for my bad English. I'm hoping someone out there who has experience with this problem or have any ideas what is going on. I have this skin problem for 7 days and it appears only at this area which is the left side of my abdomen. This happened to me on the same day when I have GERD. Is it normal to have this skin rashes after GERD or this could be Shingles? Please help. Thanks

Welcome to the forum vnix, this could be singles, can u give more details.. Was/is there any burning sensation or pain or itching? How old r u? Have u had singles before? Have u had any stressful events recently or any major medical issues or surgery? How was the rash initially? Clear fluid filled blisters or pus filled or just hard bumps?

Currently there's not much itching and I don't really feel the burning sensation already. I am 28 years old and i didn't have any Shingles before. I've not been much stress or any major medical issues or surgery. The rash seems to stop already but it's just for 7 days which i thought it could have last longer. This one should be hard bumps but it's kind of pain when u press it. I search online and it says that most of those with HIV will have this problem. I am so worried. I take another photo of area for today. Thanks doctor

Use pure chimp natural super cream to have no skin problems.
I have used it and like the way it works.

I think you need to consult skin care specialist. Also drink plenty of water and add fruits and green vegetables in your diet.

Hi Vnix? Welcome to forum. Yes your lesion seems like shingles to me. It usually occurs when the cellular immune system in decreased in certain circumstances. But in young and immunocompetent persons like yourself it may run short, asymptomatic and non- complicated course . As your lesion already started healing taking prophylactic antibiotic along with some topical antibiotic can be helpful.

is it itchy? If it is, you are not allowed to scratch.
beside, you need to drink more water and eat more vegetable, fruit and organic food. Stay away from oily food like fried chicken, hotdog, ...
Dontput on anything on that area, if you want to, must see the doctors and gain some advice from them
