    Default Foods good for you skin

    Is there such things as food that are good for your skin?

    Yup, there are! I guess it'll depend on what your skin needs more. Like if you have acne prone skin then just stay away from chocolates, chips, oily and fatty food. Or if you have a dour complexion then you need more tomatoes in your diet. In general though I think that eating a lot of fruit and veggies will make your skin thank you.

    Cool, I actually thought it was all a load of rubish, I think I will start to eat more healthy and see if it makes a difference
