I did a separate post on the benefits of apricot kernel oil for everyone to be able to find. It is a very good oil for aging skin!
Sour curd (home-made, if possible) is a great antioxidant that reduces the signs of aging, much effectively. It helps preventing the activities of free radicals, within body. You can intake it with sprinkles of black salt, in the afternoon. You can also massage some curd on your face and neck, before you bathe and then mop it with a wet towel. Curd not only lessens wrinkles, but gives a radiant and glowing look to the skin. However, it is not ideal for oily skin.

I asked in another thread but I will ask again what is this multani mitti? I have never heard of this before.
I am going to try this around my eyes and see if it will help out the crows feet that are starting there. I wonder if it will help out the frown lines too.
