Is it dry, also? Because I had that--red and dry skin (even flaky sometimes depending on the weather) but it wasn't actually eczema or anything like that. I started using Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream in the morning and at night and everything went away, the redness and the dryness. It's been even and smooth ever since.
