Oh nice find have never used it but as they say:
Thermage is a safe, non-invasive cosmetic procedure that is clinically proven to help smooth, tighten and contour skin to restore a naturally younger looking appearance. The Thermage procedure uses the ThermaCool® System to help tighten existing collagen and stimulate new natural collagen growth. Immediate results are usually visible and continue to improve for up to six months. Unlike lasers, the procedure can be performed on patients of all skin color.

    Hello,

yeah as per my experience thermage is one of the good process for making skin tight and remove wrinkles...
Under this process radio frequency energy heats the deeper dermis layer of the skin, whilst protecting and cooling the epidermis (outer layer of skin), stimulating the growth of new collagen. During the procedure, the surface of the skin is kept cool.

The treatment takes around one to two hours and does not result in any down time. Some results are noticeable immediately, and some after about six months when new collagen is produced.

And about its side-effect, Yes, Thermage is completely safe in the hands of expert practitioners. As the heat is delivered into the skin, a cooling system keeps the surface of your skin cool and unharmed.

Thermage procedure may be a good if you have the right skin conditions and have a doctor with good knowledge and experience doing the procedure.
