Default Weird red marks I've had on my skin since birth.

So I've had these weird red marks on my skin since birth. They are everywhere - especially concentrated on my arms and legs (more hair perhaps?). I *think* they are primarily near the hair follicles but I'm not sure. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this. Anyone else encounter this - or has suggestions? Thanks. Pics below.

Just a side remark, my dad has this too - but to a lesser degree.
