Thread: wrinkled feet

  1. #1

    Default wrinkled feet

I have very wrinkled feet and i'm only 28 years old, but my feet look like the belong to an elderly lady. Are there any creams that will help to lessen the wrinkles? Will face wrinkle cream work? I'm really hoping I can find some answers because I would love to be able to wear sandals and heels. The deepest wrinkles are on my ankles and the wrinkles on top of my feet are fine.

The first thing that you need to do is make sure that you are drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day. Keeping your inside hydrated will help in keeping your outside hydrated.

Welcome to the forum, face creams won't really work on foot because they are formulated for soft skin, and your feet skin is made for protection against dirt and other harsh conditions and the skin is tough..

Here is the simple routine u may follow

    Before you go to bed...
Soak your feet in warm water for 5 minutes
Use some scrub to exfoliate the skin and dead tissues
Massage gently with moisturizer and apply a layer of moisturizer (containing lactic acid, salicyclic acid and urea)
Wrap the feet with plastic and wash off in the morning..then re-apply thin layer of moisturizer again...
you may follow this routine every day for 1-2 week, i'm sure you'll see the difference..
Stop if the cream irritates you...

In addition to deepaks reply, I like to use shea butter mixed with coconut oil. I apply it quite thickly and without rubbing it in, I then wear pure cotton socks over night for it to absorb.

    Thank you all for responses.
Actually I already do the Shea butter and coconut oil. I also mix it with vegetable glycerine.

With the things mentioned above paragraphs, I've to add two things more here. One most is, to increase your drinking water quantity it’s near about 2-3 liters per a day. Eat food with rich vitamin c and live stress free.

I use Avon Overnight Foot cream. It works wonderfully. It is lavender scented. You could try it!

The wrinkle in young age is not good. Try to take the more calcium in food.
Wash the feet daily. at night rub the mustard oil on feet. You can do at least 5 min.

In one week you will find the good result otherwise you have to consult with health care professional
