Keep your skin moisturized. A good cream stated above. It's a great moisturizer too.

Have you tried anything yet? Diet maintenance is really important along with other treatments.

Hello I have had Eczema all my life and tried everything under the sun. Below is how I am managing to keep on top of things 

    1. Eating lots of wholegrains, fruit, vegetables, pulses, nuts & seeds, lean protein
    2. Cut down on dairy & sugar
    3. Use pure chimps super combo
    4. Take a daily probiotic tablet, use honey too sweeten things (both boost your immune system)
    5. Take a multivitamin every day

Hope this can help people like it did me. Took me a while to figure it out (it all starts from within).

I have used pure chimp body cream to have no skin problem including eczema.
They are 100% natural and handmade in UK and it works well on my skin.

Change your bed and pillow sheets more frequently. Keep a separate towel and clothing alike for yourself. Regarding topical treatment, i'd say go for hypoallergenic therapies. They always work and never cause breakouts or any other side-effects.

To cure the eczema the best treatment is using the natural treatment. I have found one recipe which is made in home and it will contain many remedies to cure the different problem of skin, you just use tcm recipe which is perfect to cure the eczema problem.
