sorry i haven't been back to give a report. we have been using amlactin 12% on her skin and her skin is finally becoming smooth. this is the first product we tried and it is working. she applies it morning, and night, and after showering.
so i am going to use her as a guinnea pig and we will see what works the best. i have a list of items we are going to try so i will keep you all informed if any of them work.

i know it isn't a cure. but it is working. i don't know if her skin will ever be as smooth as a babies behind but she shows marked improvement than when we started.
no it is an otc product. you can buy in in any pharmacy or big department stores like walmart and target. it is 12% in strength.
First consult a dermatologist and do as per his/her directions.
