what are these bumps?

I decided to post this in the acne section, although i'm not sure what it is exactly. i have like 4 of these bumps on my chest between my ribs, they're colorless, hard and painless, about 4mm in diameter, seem to be really deep, i've had them for at least a year, they don't seem to ever get better or worse. i attached a picture to show what they look like. they don't bother me in any way but cosmetically, so i haven't seen a doc yet, although i'm starting to feel like i should. do you guys have any idea what these might be and if there's anything i could do to get rid of them?

Hi Anna! Welcome to our forum. The lesion looks like epidermoid cyst to me which is common benign cyst, contains cheesy material on squeezing. Usually treatment is carried out for cosmetic purpose, by excision of the lesion under local anesthesia If the cyst is infected or inflamed it is suggested to consult a doctor , your doctor may prescribe you oral antibiotic or intralesional steroid to resolve the infection and inflammation.
