A few days ago my back started to itch alot i looked at the mirror to see what was the problem but i didnt have anything so i dont know what the problem is it itches alot now im looking for a medication that can help me avoid the rash. Any suggestions?

I used to be in a similar situation and i used Advantan Cream and now my itching is gone

I won't suggest using Advantan Cream... Why use corticosteroids when you have many other safe options that are targeted to itchy skin. You may try other anti-itch lotions and antihistamines which are safe even taken orally. If its itching a lot you may take anti-histamine orally one a day ( better during night). There are several systemic diseases that can manifest a itching without rash, so its better to get checked with the doctor.

Your skin becomes too dry during winter so you may drink lots of water or use some calamine lotion or good moisturizer. Besides these may also be caused due to systemic diseases like cholecystitis (excessive bile in your blood)or it may just be due to skin disease like prurigo so it's better to see doctor.
Yes, like deepak said if the condition is really very itchy you can go safer better options like antihistamine creams or oral antihistamine coz corticosteroids are not best option for pruritis.
