    Hello, i really hope that works i hate feeling like this. I tried other medication like Radusta to burn the calories but no luck.

    Green tea is not proven to be a benefit to our health but like a lot of herbal treatments, it carries with it some risks. It can interact with some prescribed or over the counter medication, cause liver problems if drunk on an empty stomach and people with heart problems, kidney disorders, stomach ulcers, and psychological disorders should avoid it. As with anything it should be used with caution and stopped if any unwanted side effects are experienced.

    If we talk about herbal things then green tea comes first in our mind. It is best herbal method of losing weight and fat. Green tea provides us fitness and many health benefits. It is best to drink two cup of green tea in a day.

    Hello Guys i think that Green tea contains powerful anti-oxidants called catechin polyphenols that are responsible for many of the health advantages of green tea. One of them has been found to activate the metabolic rate and speed up losing weight.The catechin polyphenols in green tea appear to activate the use of body fat by liver and muscle cells.Thanks a lot!!
