Does Hair removal cream make your hair grow darker

I think in some cases you are a bit right. I had a bad experience of dark growing hair when I used a hair removal cream. Even the growth of hair was rapid than before.After this I have gone for laser hair removal treatment and found much better results. But in recent past, my hair were growing again and then I told to the expert and he started the treatment again , now, I feel much better.
