I agree with you but now we are so busy that we don't have any time to do exercises, In this case I think if we maintain our daily food ,we can reduce our weight .So we should follow this following things:
1) Avoid “white” carbohydrates
2) Eat the same few meals over and over again
i) Proteins:
a) Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor
b) Chicken breast or thigh
c) Grass-fed organic beef
d) Pork
ii) Legumes:
a) Lentils
b) Black beans
c) Pinto beans
iii) Vegetables:
a) Spinach
b) Asparagus
c) Peas
d) Mixed vegetables
3) Don’t drink calories
