    Default Weight loss with exercise and food method .

    Daily exercise in open area or in gym .
    Best exercises are running , walking , swimming , cycling and gym exercises.
    Use low calories food
    Avoid high calories food and eat food which full fill body requirement .
    Eat vegetables and fresh food
    Use plenty of water and avoid beverages , soft drinks and those things which rapidly increase weight .

    I agree with you but now we are so busy that we don't have any time to do exercises, In this case I think if we maintain our daily food ,we can reduce our weight .So we should follow this following things:

    1) Avoid “white” carbohydrates

    2) Eat the same few meals over and over again

    i) Proteins:

    a) Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor
    b) Chicken breast or thigh
    c) Grass-fed organic beef
    d) Pork

    ii) Legumes:

    a) Lentils
    b) Black beans
    c) Pinto beans

    iii) Vegetables:

    a) Spinach
    b) Asparagus
    c) Peas
    d) Mixed vegetables

    3) Don’t drink calories

    debjit, these are good suggestions but don't forget raw veggies. make sure you wash them good and make salads or just eat them as a snack.

    Grab a diet plan and join a gym. Hire a personal trainer to know how to perform exercises accurately and precisely. And stick to it for at least six months.

    I am agree with that plan. A simple and effective plan is more suitable than a complex but ineffective one. So cardio exercise routine along with natural diet foods is very good fitness. Use high protein and low fats. Eat fresh and raw vegetables and drink more water. Water is a natural ingredient which can burn fat.

    Well losing weight has been very serious for the people in these days due to the fact that it has been observed from recent studies that rate of overweight has been increasing with the passage of time , that is why they are more concerned about cutting weight . So exercise and proper diet are the two things people should focus . Physical activity is very important owing to the fact that it lowers fats from body thus result in smart body , Then light foods such as vegetables , fish are really good for the same purpose .

    Diet and exercise are both plays a vital role in reduction of weight and control our fat.Try to eat healthy like fruits,vegetables,beans and drink more more water during a day,which also helpful to burn fat.

    for good and fit healthy body. You should drink lots of water, avoid fatty food, avoid late night meal, listen to your body,consume fruits and vegetable.

    Some tips for losing weight:-
    Diet must be healthy,green vegetables,fresh fruits and their juices are so effective.
    Drink 6 to 8 glass water in a day necessary for fitness.
    Minimize the use of sugar and diet soda.Stop smoking and drinking alcohol.
    Get rid from depression and stress.Sleep proper.
