How we can prevent ourself from skin tanning?

use sunscreen or sunblock, wear a big hat, wear long sleeves, there are actually clothes that have uva protection in them but i probably can't afford them. go outside when before 10am and after 4pm. between 10 and 4 the suns rays are at the maximum, sunscreen or sunblock is best. reapply every 2 hrs. even shade trees can't protect you from the sun but remember the sun is important in our lives because it gives us vitamin d. getting vitamin d naturally is better than a pill.

avoid sun exposure every now and then, cover your face when out in sun. Cover your arms and open body portions and use sunscreen and umbrella while out in sun. It really helps

The sunscreen should be of SPF rating of 15 or above and should state that it provides broad-spectrum (UVA and UVB) protection.

Hey Kelly...can u show before and after pictures of u ...one before using skinavenue and one after? U can hide ur eyes and lips. Also, how long have u been using it? Do u practice Sun Protection and avoidance (SAP)? And what is the active ingredient in this product?
