I go to bed around 11pm-12am. It's a really bad habit that I can't seem to get out of.:/

hi guys! wanna share this really bad habit of mine,no matter how hard i try i couldn't go to bed early at night and end up with this very lifeless skin the other day. I am working very hard on this habit. Just wanna know when do you guys usually go to bed and how do you manage to go to bed early?
I go to bed around 11pm-12am. It's a really bad habit that I can't seem to get out of.:/

believe it or not i go to bed around 9pm and read a book or watch tv. i read until i am sleepy. my day starts at 6to7am and ends when i fall into bed. i work 2 jobs, sleeping is not a problem for me.
I fall asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow and sleep all the way through the night and according to my boyfriend I don't snore, very thankful for all of this.
But I get too hooked on staying up and chatting or watching tv, I don't like to feel like I'm going to 'miss' something whist being asleep.
But realisticly the only thing I'm going to miss out on is hours of sleep.
I am silly, haaha.

Its already 3 am and i'm still awake.. that pretty much explains myself.. hehehehe...
i too sleep very late,its been like childhood habit very difficult to correct. even if i do than it would be only by chance.yes indeed very difficult to correct.
some people are night owls and some are morning people. my granddaughters are both night owls but they sleep late in the morning. the 15yr old has to get up for school at 5:30am so she catches up on sleep on the weekends. oh to be free of all responsiblity for a few days!!!!!!! I wouldn't know how to act!!!
i was already a night owl but i got bigger night owl with me now.it seems much more impossible to correct my habit now, oh lord!help me.hahaha...
