what do you use to remove acne, scars and wrinkles?

I have acne from last two years. Lot of people have such type of problems i want to know what they uses to remove it.

you could try aha lotions it takes a while to get rid of scars. as you do a lot of diy products check on that thread and see if there is a good recomendation. by the way peels are good also. salacylic acid in low percentages in facial washes is good. just don't do all these things together!!

Drink plenty of water or Drink 3-4 liters of water per day to protect your skin from acne problems. Avoid oily foods eat fruits and vegetables. Wash your face with oily free face wash at least two in a day.

A large amount of milk daily can cause acne, so avoid this and drink a large amount of water daily.

use oil free or soap free cleansing products for keeping your face ,neck, arms clean. Apply ointment or cream to the acne spot which is suitable for you.

Have you ever heard the famous saying ‘You are what you eat’, if you are eating junk its highly likely that your skin is going to look like junk too. To improve your skin you should be eating an healthy and balanced diet. Your diet should consist of fresh fruit and veg, lean meats and fish, wholegrain rice and pasta, salads and you should be drinking at least 8 larges glasses of water per day. You should stay well clear of refined sugars and caffeine because these will play havoc with your hormones causing your sebaceous glands to produce more oil which will lead to more acne.
