    Default A relaxing bath.

A relaxing bath is an ultimate beauty treatment and boosts your feel-good factor. It relaxes your body muscles as well and, if you manage to sleep well after it, your skin gets a chance to rejuvenate as well.

Put 15 to 20 drops in a bathtub full of water. Lavender is always a good choice to sooth nerves and it relaxes as well. Chamomile is also a good option for before hitting the bed.

The warmth of the bath water means the oils get absorbed in the body to give a moisturizing effect too. If you brush your body before getting in the bath [once in a while] it will get the circulation of the blood going and would relax you even more. Apply a soothing face mask of an essentially nourishing combination of honey and olive oil to get the full benefit of the time spent here.

Enhance the beauty with relaxing bath.

Just reading your post makes me want to jump in my bath tub and relax. Yes, I agree with you. Despite our busy schedules, we still need to spend time pampering ourselves. A warm, relaxing bath can definitely shake away the stress from our body.

a relazing bath sounds amazing right now, but i think its a lot of work to try and create a relazing atmosphere in the midst of the mayhem found at home. i think spas are a better idea, no?

I'm so jealous of whoever's in enjoying that kind of bath right now! I'm coming down with a cold so I'm afraid to soak up in the tub, but I'd love to try the oiled bath sometime! I use epsom salts once in a while. It's supposed to help relax my muscles but I don't feel any effects. I even tried it in different colors at a time. I also tried out a body scrub but it's too much work if I'm the one applying it on to my self. Going to a spa is definitely 10 times better and more relaxing!

Oh I really really need to do this. My day has been mega hectic! I also add sea salts and some powdered milk and oats to my lavender oils that I put in my bath. While relaxing I get a good skin conditioning treatment as well.

I was likely to go for a bath just now !!. Unfortunately, its night here and i cannot go to the tap. You may be wondering about this, but here in NEPAL, we don't have bathrooms in house. We have rivers or tap for bathing. Nepal is full of hilly area and is not developed much. But, i am in the city and have bathroom. I agree with you and i will do as you said from next time.

Apply a paste of boiled carrots to the face. Let it stand and wash off after 20 minutes to reveal blemish-free clear skin.
