acne related with my immunity

hi frens! guess very few people are there who havent been troubled by acne once in life time,so i dont feel my problem is very rare one.but from my very experience it find its bit diffent from others in the sense its mostly concentrated in perioral region, mostly cystic type, not very visible from outside but painful,lasts longer and mostly i get it when i have kind of sore throat,feel unwell or when my immunity is weak.
so i just started wondering my acne is just as alarm of my immune system getting weak or its just like others result of the skin problems.
do anybody have idea on this.

I would be interested in knowing more about this too. I get occasional cysts. They don't show as a spot but a swelling to the face and they tend to come when I am run down. Also if my body is fighting one infection/injury it seems I suffer with minor non related issues too, like cysts or eye infection or something simple like that.
I know I am a slow healer and I have an issue with scar tissue, it can be both under and over productive on the same area which has puzzled my GP. But always puzzled me why I suffer secondary problems when my body is healing a more severe one.
