Lavender oil is mostly relaxing; Otherwise, treat yourself to a massage from a professional masseur or masseuse. Massage is very relaxing and increases closeness between lovers. It's an outstanding way to get stress relief however be warned, it's addictive! Not a bad thing to be addicted to though, and it will carry out you the world of good.

    I agree with you, why dont you try swedish or shiatsu massage? I have tried that one and I tell you it can make all your worries away and be stress-free. I also recommend you to try yoga because it is really relaxing and not only it will make your body relax but also your mind.

    Ya i agree massage is the best way to be relax its help to get relax both physically and mentally too.
