hi i need advice

first off thanks for having me

i got alot of dirt and bumps from not washing for 8 years

i tried to clean but im still dirty i think its stuck to me

my face is light but my body is dark and bumpy

please help me

start with taking daily baths or showers. use a wash cloth and rub the soap all over with it. rinse clean. if your skin is dry use a moisturizer with lactic acid in it. amlactin is one. massage this cream all over your arms legs and trunk of your body. it will help exfolliate the dead skin that has built up over the years. have patience. the bumps will not go away overnight. it takes a while for this to work. i wish you luck. you could also go to a dermatologist to see if there is an underlying cause for the bumps. just to make sure you are healthy.

I think If your problem is serious use have check up from a good dermatologist.
