    1. Eat A LOT of PROTEIN!

Protein contains five amino acids in particular that are very beneficial in preventing hair loss. Cystine, cysteine, methionine, arginine, and lysine are the proteins that have the greatest effect when it comes to hair gain and hair loss. It is very obvious that protein is a vital part of a healthy diet. If you lack protein, your hair will go into a resting phase and will fall out within months over a course of time. The best sources of proteins are lean meats, poultry, fish, eggs, soy, nuts, dairy products, seeds, and grains. At least fifteen percent of your diet should come from protein rich foods.

    2. Eat in a way that suits your lifestyle

Make sure that you are eating all of the food groups and that you are eating foods that are not super healthy in moderation. Choose natural foods rather than processed foods and when you are cooking, try to never overcook.

    3. Achieve a balance of dietary fats.

Notice that I did NOT say do away with fat all together. There are good fats and bad fats, just like everything else. Fats are necessary for the production of energy. This type of fat can be found in both plant and animal products, so no one should be missing out. Twenty five to thirty percent of your diet should be comprised of these energy producing fats.

    4. Take a supplement

In today's world it is nearly impossible, especially in the , to get all of the vitamins and nutrients that we need each day. Modern day farming in this nation has caused many of the foods that we eat to have fewer vitamins and minerals than they should. Dieting and high stresses that are a part of life for many people in the may deplete nutrients in the body. Exercising and aging can make it more difficult for your body to absorb all of the nutrients that it needs.

    5. Eating a healthy amount of carbohydrates can also reduce the risk of hair loss.

Massage aloe Vera gel over the scalp, leave it for about one hour. After this rinse the hair with warm water. It gives excellent results for hair loss if one uses this massage at least 3-4 times a week

make sure you get your biotin daily! the recommended amount is 300mcg. most people don't get this because they don't eat soy (excellent source of this). biotin is a nutrient that shows that it affects hair reproduction.

Drink a lots of water and take some supplement.

I thinks its needed and important. Before this, i also have this problem, but today i'm out of this problem. You also need to choose a right syampoo for your hair.

As it is said, prevention is better than cure! You should avoid any chemical contact to your hair. Try changing your shampoo with some natural options like almond syrup and coconut based soaps.

Pay attention to the food you take. Include sprouts and curd in your daily diet. Also ask your doctor to prescribe vitamin and mineral supplements. Check if you have dandruff, which can cause hair loss.

Oiling is the best natural method to prevent hair loss. Once a week, heat pure coconut oil and apply on scalp, without massaging. Leave it for whole night. Next morning, apply lemon juice and wash hair after ½ an hour. Weekly henna application, of course if you are not susceptible to cold, will help. In henna add 4 teaspoons each of lemon juice and coffee, 2 raw eggs and enough curd to mix into a paste and apply. Wash off after an hour.

Stress is also a cause for hair loss so avoid stress as much as possible. Another thing is lack of sleep. Do take a good amount of rest.

Apart from causing several diseases, stress has a bad effect on the condition of hair too. It triggers hair fall. So, it’s important to find time to relax and exercise regularly in order to de-stress.

I agree with this!!- Eat A LOT of PROTEIN!
Our hair, skin and nails are all protein based and made up of the amino acids found in proteins. Supplement with biotin, flax oil, fish oil and a multi-vitamin and try to eliminate as much stress from your lie as possible!
