    Default Advice about using tea?

Hi folks, I read an article a few weeks ago about using tea on your face to ease the outbreak of redness from eczema. It was only a feature but i couldnt remember it all. Does anybody know what type of tea and in what form it is used?

I have read in a blog post that to take simple tea, twice a day, helps to reduce the risk of cancer.

Tea reduces the risk of cancer is true as it helps cleanse the body from toxins. Any non- alcoholic liquid is helpful in cleansing our system. Water does the same.

Clinical evidence suggests that green tea is packed with health and beauty benefits that you can enjoy whether drinking it or applying directly to your skin. Even the leaves can be used as a gentle exfoliant, guaranteed to give your skin a healthy glow.

Well I do agree that Green i tea is that type of tea which is not only good for your body but also for your skin especially . I would say that it may be used on face because it is free from chemical because of its natural form .

Upton Tea I love best and I've bitten the bullet and bought a big deal. The beer in full swing since I read any recommendation to the contrary. Certainly, it makes sense to treat as green tea, but I have not had any problems with the boiling water completely.

A potent ingredient of tea is caffeine and this acts as a anti inflammatory ingredient that diminishes redness in eczema.
