I know we all have days that we are just exhausted and need to keep going to make it through the day. One way to energize yourself is to take a good soaking bath with either citrus oils or lemongrass and sage. They are calming but they also give you extra energy.
If you cant take a bath, then put some of the oil in a small spray bottle and spritz yourself so that you breathe in the oil. It also helps with concentration as well if you get too tired to think sometimes.
