    Hello friends i just want to know that what's the right time for joining the gym ....

    TIME-MORNING/EVENING
    SEASON
    plz give you opinion

    I think the right time to go to the gym is when you are physically and mentally ready. I guess you have to be determined to lose weight so that it will be effective. If you enroll yourself to the gym they will be the one to help you decide for your schedule and when is the most comfortable time for you to do such.

    my opinion is whenever you want to and will go instead of throwing good money away getting a memebership and never going to the gym.

    The right time to go the gym varies depending on the person. If you're available during the morning and is physically ready, then you can go during that time. In my case I work during the day so I my gym schedule is every afternoon after work.

    The right time is when you actually going to go to the gym. There are a lot of theories about what is the right time, but a the end of the day the most important thing is whether you actually exercise or not.

    Hi coolguy,
    The right time to join gym when you gain extra lbs! It depends when will you get time from your daily routine. I hit gym in the evening and do running in the morning.
