    Default rice water skin care

    hi everyone i am new here.. i heard that the rice water is healthier and benefits for skin care is it true?
    what is the procedures for rice water care?

    Yes, I have also heard about rice water is healthier for skin care.

    Procedure for rice water care.

    1. In a bowl take the rice, wash the uncooked rice with any clean water.
    2. Drain the washed rice water into the bowl. Its necessary to filter the water.
    Or Else, leave out the first wash as it may contains dirt. Drain the water into the sink.
    3. Now the water will be dirt free.
    4. Repeat the process for 3-4 times.
    5. Drain the water into the bowl , filter it if necessary.
    6. Then wash your face with the rice water for 5 - 6 times.
    7. Now, wash your face with the running cold water.
    8. Pat your face dry with a clean towel, and enjoy fresher, tighter and smoother skin.

    Benefits:
    1. Rice water tightens your skin and cleanses it without harsh chemicals.
    2. This treatment works best for mildly oily skin, normal, or combination skin.
    3. And your skin will look fairer and smoother.

    I havent tried it yet, but I'm kinda curious if it is really effective. And can I use it even I have sensitive skin? I mean, I have too many pimples and I want it gone? Will rice water really works? even for pimples?

    Hi, have you tried this one also? I would like to ask also on step 4, am I going to use another water or will still use the filtered water ? Thanks

    Yes, hwiser09.
    I have tried with it. It makes me my skin smoother than before.

    And if you want you can use new water to wash the rice again so, you will get some enough amount of water to wash your face.

    Or if the water taken is enough means, then you can use the same filtered water.

    I was wondering if its better to use warm water? This could open pores and also make the water effective, wont it?

    I used this method really it works. This rice water is tighten my skin and it reduce wrinkles and dark spots
    now i feel better and smooth skin

    I havent tried it yet but it sounds good so i am thinking of trying this rice water and hope it works
