    you know sometimes even positive outlooks doesn't mean any thing if you don't have the money or ability to go to a gym or work out from home.

    Positive outlook could make anything positive. If you can't go to gym, then try home. If you can do it from home, do it outside. There are lot's of ways that we can do. Thinking that we have no money, that's negative outlook. You can do losing weight or gaining if you utilize the things around you.
